Cultural & Clubs
At Assisi Catholic College, students are encouraged to engage beyond the classroom through a range of cultural, academic and interest‑based opportunities that support personal growth, connection and belonging.
Students can participate in academic enrichment activities such as Debating and Public Speaking, developing communication skills, confidence and critical thinking. A variety of special interest clubs, including Chess Club and Interschool Puzzle Club, provide opportunities for strategic thinking, creativity and collaboration while fostering friendships with like‑minded peers.
The College Library plays a central role in supporting these experiences, offering a welcoming and inspiring space for learning and connection from Prep to Year 12. Students have access to a wide range of resources that support academic, spiritual, creative and recreational interests, along with specialist programs that build strong research, digital literacy and study skills. Community events such as Book Week and National Simultaneous Storytime further enrich student life by celebrating storytelling, imagination and shared experiences.
Together, these cultural and club opportunities enhance student wellbeing, strengthen social connections and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive College community.
